Please note that all sales of digital products are final, as these products are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned or refunded.

For any in-person services, such as technician call-outs, cancellations are allowed if they are made before the technician arrives on site. Once the technician has arrived, the service is considered rendered and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
